  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine cricket flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine: Slowly fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  • Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
  • Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool and Serve: Allow brownies to cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!
